648 LEAGUE SESSION 1
The Friday 648 League is a social league that is designed for non-competitive curlers. The league takes place Fridays at 6:30 p.m. beginning on Friday, October14, 2022. Each game includes 6 ends, each team will receive 4 refreshments per week, and the length of the league is 8 weeks. The Schedule will be posted on curlsutherland.ca once the registration process is complete and the schedule has been created.
The dates for the league are as follows:
October: 14, 21
November 11, 18, 25
December 2, 9, 16
The total price before October 1, 2022 (including GST) is $612.00/team (add $34.97 in PST on/after October 1, 2022).
PST NOTICE
Effective October 1, 2022 a 6% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) will be added to league fees. Fees paid prior to October 1st will not be charged PST but fees paid on or after October 1, 2022 will have PST added. (Let this be an incentive to pay fees prior to October 1st).
The PST charged for this league is $34.97 on/after October 1, 2022.
Teams may have as many players as they would like, as long as the team fee of $612 (before October 1) or $646.97 (on/after October 1) is paid.
We will also be asking all 648 League curlers to sell Lotto Days tickets to support the club and help in the fundraising event.
