2026 SCC Summer Golf Tournament

• Supper: Sutherland Curling Club

11:00 AM Registration | 12:00 PM Shotgun Start | 6:00 PM Supper

Entry Fees:

• Early Bird: $140/Golfer (Paid by June 1st)
• Regular: $150/Golfer (After June 1st)
• Supper Only: $30 (For non-golfing guests)

Team Format:

• Register as a Team of 4.
• Individuals/Duos: Flying solo or with a partner? Contact Dallas at golf@curlsutherland.ca and we will add you to our “Free Agent(s)” list to help form a team.

Early Bird Deadline: Fees must be received by June 1st to lock in the discounted rate. (Discount applied on checkout)

The Fine Print: We require a minimum of 120 golfers to run the event. Tell your friends!

What’s Included:

• The Golf: 18 holes at Holiday Park (4-Person Scramble).
• The Supper: Supper at the Sutherland Curling Club (6:00 PM) including steak or chicken (select on registration), baked potato, salads, and garlic toast.
• The Fun: Player packs, “Curling Twist” prizes, and more!

Basic Rules:

• Scramble Format: Everyone drives, take the best shot, everyone plays from there.
• Pace of Play: Max score of Triple Bogey per hole. If you miss the Double bogey putt, pick up and move on!
• The “Curling Twist”: Each team receives two “Hurry Hard” mulligans. Compete for prizes in the “Closest to the Button” challenge (Par 3, closest to the hole), the “On the Broom” challenge (Par 5, closest to the center line), and the “Overthrown” challenge (longest drive).

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Entries will not be refunded after July 6th, 2026
• If 120 golfers are not obtained by July 6th, the event may be cancelled or may have to be delivered in a different start format. Any changes will be communicated to registrants via email registered with.
• Course cancellation policy applies: In the event of cold and/or inclement weather group bookings must go ahead as scheduled. Rainchecks may be issued in part or in full should the event be cancelled due to inclement weather on the day of the event. These decisions will be at the discretion of the Golf Course Assistant. All attempts will be made to reschedule groups that are cancelled prior to issuing Rainchecks. Our regular Raincheck policy is in effect once a group is already on the golf course and the weather causes the golfers to discontinue play. This policy allows for full Rainchecks for those that have not completed 3 holes, and 9-hole Rainchecks for 18-hole players that have not completed 3 holes on the back 9.
